Our Programs & Community Initiatives

At Infinite Balance Foundation, our projects are designed to empower individuals facing trauma, high stress, and reintegration challenges. Through structured programs and collaborative initiatives, we create opportunities for growth, healing, and long-term resilience.

Building resilience through movement, wellness, and strategic partnerships.

How We Create Impact

Each project is built around three pillars: physical resilience, mental clarity, and community connection. We collaborate with instructors, licensed professionals, and community partners to deliver trauma-informed, movement-based experiences that strengthen individuals and organizations.
We welcome collaborations with departments, community organizations, corporate sponsors, and wellness partners. Through strategic partnerships, we expand access to resilience training and community-driven initiatives.

Projects

Recovery Project

Infinite Balance Foundation delivers a non-clinical, trauma-informed recovery program that bridges the gap between movement, mindfulness, and mental health.
Our mission is to bring structured, science-backed practices directly into rehabilitation centers — helping clients reconnect with their bodies, rebuild confidence, and strengthen emotional resilience.

Programs are facilitated by Infinite Balance – Mind Body Spirit, a leading partner of the Foundation specializing in holistic recovery through fitness, martial arts, and mindfulness-based approaches.
We provide in-person group sessions and online resilience seminars, as well as local and international retreats focused on:
- Martial Arts for Recovery – Cultivates discipline, control, and empowerment
- Breathwork – Calms the nervous system, helping manage trauma and cravings
- Meditation & Mindfulness – Builds emotional regulation and present-moment awareness
- Yoga & Mobility – Reconnects the patient with their body and promotes internal balance
These practices are not just “wellness extras.” They are essential tools for rewiring the brain and rebuilding identity — especially for those experiencing trauma or nervous system dysregulation.

In addition to on-site and virtual programs, Infinite Balance Foundation supports healing and personal growth through local and international retreats organized by Infinite Balance – Mind Body Spirit's; Infinite Balance Retreats program. These immersive experiences combine martial arts, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and cold exposure to cultivate inner strength, discipline, and self-awareness in transformative environments.
Note: Infinite Balance Foundation’s programs are non-clinical and designed to complement, not replace, licensed medical or psychological treatment.

Run the World

Run the World is an ongoing global initiative led by Infinite Balance Foundation, dedicated to funding, promoting, and facilitating running and community movement projects.
By supporting both in-house and partner-led events — from solo endurance runs to community-driven campaigns — Run the World helps individuals and organizations bring meaningful, purpose-led action to life. Whether it’s raising funds for mental health, animal welfare, or grassroots outreach, we back missions that move bodies and minds.

Upcoming Events:

80-Mile Challenge – The Mission Planet
This summer, Infinite Balance Foundation proudly supports The Mission Planet’s 80-Mile Challenge — a powerful initiative dedicated to transforming the lives of stray and abandoned dogs around the world.
Co-founded by Rohan Mahan, The Mission Planet was inspired by his late grandmother, whose lifelong compassion for animals laid the foundation for this global mission. In honour of her legacy. Rohan will run 80 miles across the UK to raise funds for a dog sanctuary in India, where the project first took root.

Veteran Study

Led by ex-Marine Dani, Infinite Balance co-founder Raul, and certified NCS trainer Ellen, the programme helps veterans reset their mental, emotional, and physical foundations—moving from trauma and isolation toward purpose, strength, and connection. The journey concludes with a powerful in-person retreat designed to solidify breakthroughs and reignite a sense of mission.
This project offers a holistic, science-based pathway for veterans to reclaim identity, rewire limiting beliefs, and reconnect with a community that supports growth, healing, and long-term wellbeing.

First Responder Resilience Retreat Program

The First Responder Resilience Retreat is a two-day, movement-based, trauma-informed wellness program designed specifically for first responders, veterans, and high-stress professionals. The program is powered through the collaboration of Infinite Balance – Mind Body Spirit and Infinite Balance Foundation, combining structured physical training with practical resilience tools that can be applied in real-world high-pressure environments. This non-clinical, evidence-informed retreat integrates Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, yoga for first responders, guided breathwork, cold plunge therapy, psychologist-led resilience workshops, and sound healing sessions to support nervous system regulation, emotional control, mental clarity, and functional strength. Participants gain practical strategies to manage stress, reduce accumulated tension, improve physical conditioning, and build long-term resilience while training in a supportive, mission-aligned community environment. The retreat is delivered by experienced instructors including martial arts coaches, certified wellness practitioners, and licensed mental health professionals, and is structured to provide both tactical movement training and recovery-focused practices that strengthen mind, body, and operational readiness.

Wildwood Connection

The Wild Wood Connection Project began in Stratford-upon-Avon as a safe space for local men—a place to come together, talk, and support one another.

It will always remain a trusted haven for the men of our community.

Looking ahead, our vision is bigger: to use what we’ve learned here as a blueprint for other groups across the UK. By helping to launch new Wild Wood projects, we hope to build a connected network of safe, supportive spaces for men everywhere.
